How to Find Us
| From Bangor & points north: Take Route
9 to Route 193.
Continue on 193 until it ends, in Cherryfield (plan for 30 minutes on
Rt.
193). At the end of 193, turn right, onto Rt. 1. You will
cross
the Narraguagus River. Stay on Rt. 1 for about 1/2 mile. We
are on the right-hand side of the road, in the back portion of the
white
building (photos below) that is directly across the road from the EBS
Building
Supplies store. |
| From coastal locations (from the south):
Take either Rt. 1 all
the way to Cherryfield, or many people prefer to save a little time and
distance by picking up Rt. 182 in the town of Hancock (see map below),
and following 182 all the way until it ends at Rt. 1 in
Cherryfield.
If you take 182, turn right onto Rt. 1 when it ends in Cherryfield, and
travel roughly 1/4 mile. We are on the right-hand side of the road, in
the back portion of the white building that is directly across the road
from the EBS Building Supplies store. If you stay on Rt. 1 and do
not opt for Rt. 182, then look for us on the left-hand side of the road
as you enter Cherryfield. If you reach the junction for Rt. 182,
you've gone too far. |
| From coastal locations (further downeast):
Take Rt. 1 all the
way to our location, which is only about 1/2 mile from the heart of
Cherryfield
(i.e. once you cross the Narraguagus River), on your right,
directly
across the road from the EBS Building Supplies store. Note:
In Harrington, be sure to turn right, just past the Irving station, in
order to remain on Rt. 1 (if you miss that turn, you will be on Rt. 1A
instead, which takes you to Milbridge). |
